Terms and conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Cunplo, a service that analyses the email the user shares with it using artificial intelligence in order to detect commitments with their clients and turn them into tasks. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. Status of the service
Cunplo is under development. Access may be offered on a limited or invitation basis, and features, terms and prices may change before general launch.
3. Account and Gmail connection
To use Cunplo you must create an account and connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account. The service only analyses, in read-only mode, the emails you select when connecting the account: we do not access the rest of your mailbox. You must be the owner of that account or be authorised to connect it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. If you revoke access from your Google account, the service stops generating new tasks.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Cunplo for unlawful purposes, to share other people's correspondence with us without authorisation, or to attempt to access, alter or overload the service's infrastructure.
5. AI-generated results
The tasks, moves and dates Cunplo generates are produced by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors or omissions. Cunplo is an aid to organisation, not a substitute for your judgement: responsibility for the commitments you make to your clients remains yours.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Cunplo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the user by consumer protection law.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by writing tohola@cunplo.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
