Cunplo vs Pipedrive: a pipeline or tasks that create themselves?

Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around the pipeline: you move each deal through its stages and log activities. Cunplo starts from the other end: there's no pipeline, the AI reads your email and tells you what you promised, to whom, and whose move it is.

Pipedrive is a better fit if…

  • You manage many deals at once and need to see them by stage.
  • Your sales team works with forecasts and sales targets.
  • You want to log calls, meetings and notes for each deal by hand.

Cunplo is a better fit if…

  • Your work runs through email and what slips are promises, not deals.
  • You tried a CRM and dropped it because you had no time to fill it in.
  • You want to see at a glance what you owe and what you're waiting on from each client.

Frequently asked questions

Does Cunplo have a pipeline like Pipedrive?

No, on purpose. Cunplo sorts tasks by whose move it is —what you owe the contact and what you're waiting on from them— instead of by sales stage. So there's nothing to move by hand.

Can I use Cunplo and Pipedrive together?

Yes. Cunplo only needs to read your Gmail, so you can keep Pipedrive for your pipeline and use Cunplo to stop forgetting what you promise by email.

Does it work with Outlook?

Not yet. Today Cunplo only works with Gmail and Google Workspace; Outlook and Microsoft 365 can't be connected. IMAP and WhatsApp are on the roadmap.
