1. Data controller

Cunplo is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and the service. You can contact us at info@cunplo.com.

2. What data we process

• Account data: the name and email address you provide when signing up or requesting access.
• Emails from the inboxes you connect: when you connect a Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 account you authorise us to access your mail in read-only mode, and you choose the scope we analyse:the whole inbox, or only the emails from the contacts in your Cunplo address book. In the latter case the permission granted by Google or Microsoft still covers the mailbox, but Cunplo discards, without storing them, any messages that do not match those contacts. For the emails we do analyse we process sender, recipients, subject, date and body, for the sole purpose of detecting commitments and generating tasks. You can connect several accounts and change the scope whenever you like. We never send email on your behalf, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account.
• Data generated by the service: the tasks, contacts, moves and statuses Cunplo creates from that analysis.
• Technical data: access logs needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

3. What we use it for

We process the content of your email for one purpose only: to identify the commitments you make to your contacts and turn them into tasks on your board. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract you request by sending us those emails.

We do not use the content of your email to train artificial intelligence models, nor do we sell, transfer or share it with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Processors and providers

To provide the service we rely on hosting and language-model processing providers, which act as data processors and are contractually bound to process the data solely in accordance with our instructions. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active. You can revoke Cunplo's access to any connected inbox from your Google or Microsoft account at any time: from that moment on we process no further emails. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data by writing to us.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@cunplo.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date in the header and, where the change is substantial, we will notify you by email.
